In 1972, Holman Padgett started a small family run business performing floor maintenance and janitorial work. He saw the need for a local company in the Permian Basin with honest, hardworking employees that would treat the customer’s property as their own.

That work style has remained the same for the past 50 years and the company has continued to grow because of this.

At Advance Cleaning we specialize in Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery/ Drapery Cleaning, Duct Cleaning, Oriental Rug Cleaning & Repair, Fire Damage & Water Restoration. We have continued to gain education and certification in all areas of the cleaning services that we perform. This is done so as to keep our cleaning techniques and equipment up to date with advancements in the products we clean for you.

The Presidential Museum
The Presidential Museum’s primary reception area echoes many features of the Oval Office. The focal point is an official government rug, which functions as an ornate welcome mat to visitors. The $30,000 replica, adorned with the Seal of the President of the United States, was commissioned after receiving direct authorization from the White House. This elaborate rug is an impressive symbol of office that serves as a grand centerpiece to the museum’s main gallery.
